We dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days of receiving payment via Royal Mail. Orders are shipped to UK addresses only.
Shipping is included in the product price unless stated otherwise on the product page.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of the delivery date.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5 working days. The refund will be applied to your original payment method.
You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed. Please allow a further 3–5 working days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
If you've received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us straight away at orders@northernhiker.com. We'll arrange a free return and either send a replacement or issue a full refund.
